The first graph compares the For Sale, Sold, and Pending listings of single family homes. This allows us to calculate sales ratios to measure how quickly or slowly the buyers are accepting what the market has to offer.
The second graph shows the average price per sq ft over time.
The third graph shows the average cummlative days on market and the sales price vs. the original list price.
The fourth graph shows the active and sold inventory.
The fifth graph shows the months of inventory based on Closed Sales.
